Q) What is the Shihlin XXL Card?
A) The Shihlin XXL Card is Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks' exclusive prepaid card which will allow you to pay for all in-store purchases.
Q) How do I obtain a Shihlin XXL Card?
A) You can obtain a Shihlin XXL Card from any participating Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks stores. There is no fee for the card but a minimum initial top up amount (varies from country to country) is required.
Q) Where can I register for a Shihlin XXL Card member account?
A) You may register at the Shihlin XXL Card member website at http://XXL.ShihlinSnacks.com.tw
Q) Where else can I easily access to my Shihlin XXL Card member account?
A) There is also a Shihlin XXL Card mobile app which you can download from Google Play or App Store.
Q) How do I top up my Shihlin XXL Card?
A) You can top up your Shihlin XXL Card in any participating Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks stores using cash only. The minimum initial top up amount varies from country to country. Subsequent top up amounts are not subjected to any minimum.
Q) Where can I use my Shihlin XXL Card?
A) You can use your Shihlin XXL Card in all participating Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks stores.
Q) What can I use my Shihlin XXL Card for?
A) As long as you have sufficient balance in your Shihlin XXL Card, you may use it to purchase any items available for sale in any participating Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks stores. The value in the card cannot be exchanged for cash.
Q) Why should I register for a Shihlin XXL Card member account?
A) By registering for a Shihlin XXL Card member account, you may enjoy additional member benefits and also protect its balance, if your card is lost, stolen or destroyed, provided you notify promptly.
Q) How can I be eligible for my welcome reward after registering my Shihlin XXL Card?
A) As long as you have successfully registered your Shihlin XXL Card at the Shihlin XXL Card member website at http://XXL.ShihlinSnacks.com.tw, you will be issued with the welcome reward from the next working day.
Q) When will my birthday reward expire?
A) Your welcome reward will expire a month later from the date of issuance.
Q) How can I be eligible for my birthday reward after registering my Shihlin XXL Card?
A) As long as you have registered your Shihlin XXL Card at the Shihlin XXL Card member website at http://XXL.ShihlinSnacks.com.tw before the last working day of your birthday month, you will be issued with the birthday reward in that month from the next working day.
Q) When will my birthday reward expire?
A) Your birthday reward will expire on the last calendar day of your birthday month.
Q) How do I redeem birthday / welcome reward?
A) You will have to download Shihlin XXL Card app on App Store or Google Play and log in to view and redeem the rewards at all participating Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks stores.
Q) How do I enjoy the daily reward?
A) As long as you are a registered XXL Card member, you will be able to enjoy the daily reward of FREE Upsize M size to L size of ala carte Sweet Plum Potato Fries and you will have to pay using your Shihlin XXL Card.
Q) Can I have more than one Shihlin XXL Card member account?
A) There can only be one account registered to one person at any given time.
Q) Can I have more than one Shihlin XXL Card?
A) You can have more than one Shihlin XXL Card. However, all your Shihlin XXL Cards will be tagged to the personal member account.
Q) If I have multiple Shihlin XXL Cards registered to my account, will I receive member benefits for each individual card?
A) Benefits are given based on each Shihlin XXL Card member account, regardless of the number of Shihlin XXL Card you have.
Q) How can I check the balance of my Shihlin XXL Card?
A) You can check the balance via the Shihlin XXL Card member website at http://XXL.ShihlinSnacks.com.tw or via our mobile app or at all participating Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks stores.
Q) Can I request for a refund of the balance of my Shihlin XXL Card?
A) Any remaining balance is not refundable.
Q) Will my Shihlin XXL Card expire?
A) Your Shihlin XXL Card will expire 2 years after the last transaction. To maintain the validity of your Shihlin XXL Card, use it at least once every 2 years.
Q) What should I do if my Shihlin XXL Card is lost or stolen?
A) Contact us immediately via the Shihlin XXL Card member website at http://XXL.ShihlinSnacks.com.tw or via our mobile app. We will endeavour to block your Shihlin XXL Card on the same working day and make arrangement for you to transfer the remaining balance to a new card.
